- Champions Gate — 15 mins away: We played one course here several years ago before the club house was finished — windy, tough, challenging!
- Celebration Golf Club — 15 mins
- Diamondback — 25 mins
- Disney Golf — 15 mins: Osprey Ridge, Eagle Pines, Magnolia, Palm, Lake Buena Vista
- Falcons Fire — 20 mins
- Golden Bear Club at Keene's Pointe — 30 mins: A Jack Nicklaus Signature Course — lots of water, lots of squiggly-shaped bunkers, but a very fair challenge. One piece of advice the pro offered us "the greens don't take as much break as it appears on first look".
- Hawk's Landing — 20 mins
- Kissimmee Golf Club — 25 mins
- Kissimmee Oaks — 30 mins
- Marriott Grande Pines — 25 mins
- Metrowest — 30 mins
- Mystic Dunes — 20 mins
- Orange Lake — 15 mins
- Orange County National — 15 mins: Two great 18-holes courses that hosted the finals of the 2003 PGA Tour Q-school.
- Ridgewood Lakes — 15 mins
- Southern Dunes — 20 mins: A very attractive layout that is a pleasure to play.

- World Woods Golf Club, Brooksville (75 mins):
- TPC Sawgrass, Stadium Course (4 hrs):
- Faldo Institute — This also has a very nice 9-hole course with lots of tee positions, which make for an interesting challenge — not a cakewalk by any means — and very reasonably priced (the last time we played there).
