The above rates are subject to sales tax at the prevailing rate.
Reservation Deposit
A deposit in the amount of $175/£100/€150 per week or part thereof is required to confirm reservations. The deposit is collected in advance by credit card or cheque; if there are no problems the cheque is returned or card transaction cancelled.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
Cancellations
Where notice of cancellation is received the following charges will apply:
- More than 8 weeks before arrival = forfeit deposit
- 4-8 weeks before arrival = 50% of total cost
- 2-4 weeks = 75% of total cost
- Less than 2 weeks = 100% of total cost
Security Deposit
Upon arrival a USD 250 security deposit is required. This will be collected by the management agent when you collect the keys. Credit cards will be authorised for $250 and will be released 10 business days after departure date.
Cash and travellers cheques are accepted and will be refunded by cheque within 14 days of departure. Subject to damages or losses the deposit will be refunded in full.
