Rates - tax to be added

To calculate daily rates, divide the weekly rate by 7.

Bookings of less than 5 nights will be subject to a short stay fee shown in the Additional Services table

Seasons

Holiday Season: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year

High Season: July and August

Low Season: April, May, June, September, October except holidays

Value season: January, February, March, November, December except holidays

Additional Services

Please request any items and services you require when you make your booking. Late requests (before you arrive) can be considered, but all items and services are subject to availability.

Above rates are subject to sales tax at appropriate rate (12%).

Reservation Deposit

A deposit in the amount of $175/£100/€150 per week or part thereof is required to confirm reservations. The deposit is applied towards your balance.

Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival date.

Cancellations

Where notice of cancellation is received the following charges will apply:

• More than 8 weeks before arrival = forfeit deposit

• 4-8 weeks before arrival = 50% of total cost

• 2-4 weeks = 75% of total cost

• Less than 2 weeks = 100% of total cost

Security Deposit

Upon arrival a USD 250 security deposit is required. This will be collected by the management agent when you collect the keys. Credit cards will be authorised for $250 and will be released 10 business days after departure date.

Cash and travellers cheques are accepted and will be refunded by cheque within 14 days of departure. Subject to damages or losses the deposit will be refunded in full.
