A removable child safety barrier enclosing the pool ensures the kids can play safely.
Is there any construction work taking place near by?
Completed in March 2003, the villa is in an established, fully-developed area of Highlands Reserve.
Is the villa on a premium lot, overlooking a golf course, not someone else's villa?
