We have been regular visitors to Orlando and the theme parks over the past ten years and have always spent a lot of time looking for a villa in a great setting as there are so many to choose from. I can say that your villa was the best that we have ever stayed in. Not only does it offer luxurious accommodation with a fantastic pool and spa overlooking the golf course, it is only a short drive from the theme parks. We can’t wait to book our next trip to Orlando and will be back in contact to book your lovely villa.

• Very spacious - over 3200 sq ft of living accommodation makes this one of the largest vacation rental villas available in Highlands Reserve. The beautifully furnished villa has plenty of room for everyone to spread out & relax, including a large family room, a separate lounge area, dining room & nook.

• Two master suites - ideal for 2 families to share - the primary master has a luxurious king size bed, large bathroom (inc shower, whirl-pool bathtub and 2 vanity units) and its own lounge area which has an entertainment centre and overlooks the private pool area & spa, the second junior master has queen size bed, TV/DVD &en suite shower room.

• Sleeps up to 12 - in addition to the 2 masters there are 3 twin rooms and a sofa bed in the lounge area. It’s ideal if you seek plenty of space or have a large family/group.

• Great position - the villa has a fantastic position, it is south-west facing so gets the sun right through the day, it also overlooks the 2nd fairway of Highlands Reserve golf course but retains privacy thru screening by fir trees

• Fantastic pool area – the deck is a stunning feature of this rental home it has been extended (52' x 26') to provide plenty of space for sunbathing, barbecues and children to play. The 28' x 14' private swimming pool also has a Jacuzzi and is safety-screened to ensure that children can play in safety. There is also a lanai (20'+ x 11') to provide a retreat from the sun, if you need it. An extensive range of pool furniture is provided to enable guests to soak up the sun, eat 'al fresco' and unwind after each day's activities.

• Quality furnishings – the owner has spared no expense in furnishing this vacation home. The furnishings, selected by an interior designer are to a very high standard; many are luxurious upgrades including the window treatments, drapes and bedding.

• Outstanding entertainment facilities – Should you require them there are sensational entertainment options in this rental villa. The family room has a surround-sound entertainment centre that includes 60 + channel TV, 5 disk DVD, CD, tuner, VCR and MP3 player. All bedrooms have TV & DVD facilities; there is also a games room with a pool table, table-tennis table and a multi sport (foosball/air hockey, etc) entertainment table.

• Gourmet kitchen – This vacation home's kitchen & utility area, are fully equipped to the highest standards & provide guests with the option to self-cater. Appliances include range, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and drier. A supermarket is only 2 minutes away. However if you want to take a break from cooking you can use an extensive range of services that deliver to vacation homes or visit any of the excellent restaurants that are only minutes away from Highlands Reserve
